Lean production training -- further building

According to the company's development strategy of building a "lean smart factory", Zhou Shengtian Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. has organized a three-day lean production training course in cooperation with the first German agricultural machinery manufacturer in Europe-CLAS (CLAS) .
This training company specially hired professional trainers with rich practical experience to teach. The training courses are launched from the five aspects of Lean "Evolutionary History", Lean Five Principles and Applications, Lean Value Flow Chart (VSM) Lean Tool Application and Q&A. The teacher divided the participants into seven groups, and the group members cooperated with each other to complete the teacher’s questions and related topic discussions. Through the use of lean tools, classic case explanations, on-site Q&A and exercises, everyone actively participates, speaks enthusiastically, puts forward problems in combination with actual production, thinks about solutions, and further builds Shengtian Transmission Factory from a professional perspective to create flexible production according to customer needs , Pursuit of perfection, continuous improvement of production management for more effective lean advancement.
With the deepening of the training course, the teacher also organized everyone to inspect our production site. Through the introduction of the production site by the SCS partner, we also enabled our partner CLAAS to produce various chains in Shengtian Transmission. In addition to wheels, gears, shafts, and special-shaped precision forging products, I have more knowledge on the factory site, especially the technical research and development, production equipment and on-site management capabilities of related transmission components in the agricultural machinery industry, expressing more confidence in future cooperation Full.
